Description
FYI, my cat really does think we vacation in the garage. She won't try to escape through any other door...just that one. Particularly after we get back. This is from my webcomic Real Life Fiction [link]

hi hi
Little does the poor kitty know, it isn't heaven at all, but the deepest pits of the abyss where her servants go to do battle with "the man."

Telling her this just makes her want to get out there EVEN MORE.

We take our cats out on harnesses and let them roam the backyard and only one of them really wants out there (to eat grass, of course), so we don't have any problem with them trying to get out. But if I'm going out without them Namphie just sits there at the door, wailing at the injustice of me not bringing her outside with me.

Our cats do this... but with the bathroom.
They have little interest in the hallway (and are in fact kind of afraid of it) but WOE WOE WOE if you close the door to the bathroom.

Same with ours. Then you open the door and they go in/look in. They're totally satisfied, till you close the door again and they act as if they have no idea what's behind the door.
