I don't know much about dakimakuras (I only have one - official with Sebby) but I don't think they always mean sexual contex. I don't see it that way, for me it's just a nice graphic on pillow.
So if you're worried about phedophilia or something I don't think it's about this. He has all his clothes etc. so I guess it's acceptable
