Another example is DoFlamingo's awakening that enables him to terraform the environment into strings, but Buggy's Chop fruit enables him immunity against the Birdcage. (Even Oda confirmed so according to SBS)

Mr 3 vs Magellan is also demonstrated since Impel Down when Magellan's poisonous Hydra is ineffective against Mr 3's Wax, Luffy even demonstrated Wax's immunity against Poison. (Until Magellan awakened his fruit)

Captain Kidd vs Baby 5, I could also add Daz Bones since Daz's Supa Fruit is Steel, meaning Kidd's magnetism enables Kidd to negate any weapons made of metal; think of Magneto from Marvel.

Monet vs Crocodile is a tricky battle since Crocodile is an experienced Shichibukai & his ability to awaken his fruit to cause drought. However, Monet is a clever tactician who made use of her terrain to outfox Tashigi. Snow is made of water, the same water that led to Crocodile's downfall.

Perona vs Sugar. My biggest hot take here! Sugar's abilities aren't as fully fleshed out in Dressrosa wether if her abilities relies on contact to turn her victims into the Toy Story cast, but it's been proven that Usopp defeated Sugar purely out of emotional shock. Perona's Negativity & range does enable her to counter Sugar's devil fruit enough to lock her into negativity, which could lead to her reversal as her abilities rely on her will.
