(Lightning Bruiser tier)

-Luffy: Extremely durable even at his base form, one of the only straw hats who can control his power/speed via Gear system, granting him wide utility that enables him to rearrange stats in a pinch.

(Gear 2 for speed, Gear 3 for power, Gear 4 is more balanced, & Gear 5 (Joy Boy) grants Luffy environmental advantage similar to Doflamingo's Awakening.)

-Zoro: Out of the Monster Trio is he the most bulky. With an illustrative list on achievements that lists Zoro's feats from sacrificing himself towards Luffy's stress to being slashed in the chest by Mihawk since the East Blue, Zoro's a combination of a tank while possessing extreme speed.

-Sanji: The fastest of the Monster Trio (Ex: Caught Chiffon during Whole Cake island while knocking Oven out, despite Oven's Observation Haki, he failed to intercept Sanji's attack.) Interestingly, Sanji is the only specialized Martial Artist focused solely on his signature Black Leg style Zeff taught, a Chef's oath to refrain from using hands as hands are left only in the Kitchen.

(& is the closest to a CP9, Sanji even perfected Skywalk, though I do wish Oda gave Sanji Tempest Kick as a long ranged option TBH.)

-Jinbei: The Knight of the Sea & a fiercely loyal warrior to Neptune, Jinbei as a former Shichibukai demonstrates great offense as well as terrific defense. He too is one of the 2 Straw hats (Along with Robin) who exercises Fishman Karate, which enables Jinbei to manipulate even water molecules in his opponents even on dry land, much like Luffy's Gear 5th is he also capable of manipulating the Ocean's terrain around him; albeit more restricted in the Sea.

(Jack of all Trades tier)

-Usopp: Usopp is the only straw hat I could qualify as a "Jack of all Trades", Usopp even in the Pre Timeskip survived impressive feats such as taking full force from Mr 4's 4 Ton bat & was even standing! His niche on relying with his inventions, gadgets, homemade ammunition, & his advanced knowledge on botany thanks to his 2 year training with Hercules, Usopp's the closest you'd get to One Piece's Batman*. Don't underestimate the potential Bravest Warrior of the Seas!

(Glass Cannon tier)

-Nami: Interestingly, Nami was more of a support character as evident when she assisted Luffy's fight against Charlotte Cracker's (AKA: *Spam Cracker clap) Biscuit Warriors, their powers weakened by Nami's rain tempo that enabled Luffy to use his gluttony as an advantage against Cracker. After taking Zeus from Big Mom, Nami further doubled down her combat status as a Glass Cannon. Overwhelming firepower that knocked Ulti, an ancient Zoan & is able to dodge lightning, out of commission; but on the other hand couldn't risk taking a hit from Ulti's headbutt previously.

-Nico Robin: Robin is unique, isn't she? By far the most ambidextrous in terms of range & upholds nigh terrifying might when her Demonic Fleur was enough to snap Black Maria in half. (Ironically, Spiders don't have bones, rather they have soft exoskeletons) Robin is by far the most nightmarish Straw Hat as the Hana Hana no mi remains active so long Robin captures her sight on her target, but also takes recoil since her appendages "feel" via contact, damage on her limbs cause pain; meaning Robin has zero defense.

(Fragile Speedster tier)

-Brook: I was somewhat conflicted on referencing Brook as a "Glass Cannon", Brook's Soul powers goes from granting him a small niche on promising a 2nd life to attacking his opponents through their soul, similar to Armament Haki.
Brook is by far one of the fastest & lightest straw hats who is capable of creating quick executions in a blink of an eye, his speed & weight even enabling Brook to run on water!
(Brook can only wish for more bulk, but he has no weight to even gain on! Yohohoho!)

(Mighty Glacier (Or Tank) Tier)

-Franky: Arguably one of the slowest Straw Hats since his timeskip characterizes Franky best as "Over Engineering the touches", Franky withstands even Senór Pink's Suplex according to Dressrosa's arc, with tremendous firepower in retaliation & devastation enough to cause massive metropolitan damage!

(Stone Wall tier)

-Chopper: The one Straw Hat who is ambidextrous on his transformations after his 2 year time skip similar to Luffy's gears, Chopper's transformations work best defensively such as his Kung Fu point or his enhanced Guard Point that withstood both a Kraken's strike & Big Mom's attack! Despite Chopper's Monster Point (Or Wendigo form) turning Chopper into a Mighty Glacier, Chopper's limitations on both willpower & strict time limit via 3 minutes before paralysis settles in recedes Chopper back into a Stone Wall. The moral is that it's best the Medic remains supportive rather than being Combative.
