He looks very similar to this half causasian/philippino actor named Matt Evans. Looks like you just refined his features. good job though.

I didn't know him and I just remember that I draw this picture when I alone, no picture to re-draw or copy. But after I finished this, I found out it's look like Tony Nese (Anthony Nese from TNA). But I absolutely 100% that I draw this man in my imagination. ^^
