I suggest adding a hoodie instead of a cowl and take off the red on his head. Try using green since it separates him from Terry and a nod to the original Robin suit.

only reason i wasn't considering a hoodie is because of the camouflage thing in their suits, wasn't sure if that would work. i tried to make the suits practical and based on the tech in their world, but honestly that i think about it, as long as it covers the whole face and head, it could work, so i could always give your idea a try

I love the Batgirl Beyond look. I can tell you were inspired by the Batwoman design from the DCAU and it looks good on a slim down Barbara Gordon. I wouldn't mind more pics of her like this.
