Thank you! ^^
I don't know... maybe, probably, if I get the time
But I saw the HP movie the other day!
I liked it, but it's harry potter, I think I'm programmed to like everything that's related to it x)
What about you? what did you think of it?

Ah i hope you find the time then! There's something really cool about his pose
Oh you saw the movie!!!Niiiice!
Well now you asked for it.An enormous comment follows lol
Firstly I must say I liked the overall impression the movie leaves. It was tense at times, funny here and there and dynamic, too so it's good. JK Rowling's books have that wide range of emotions in them so it was inevitable I liked Ron and Hermione's little love triangle hah thingie, it was really well portrayed although it felt like most of the movie was centered around the romantic bits, you know. Rupert Grint is amazing-such a natural comedian
I likeeedd...Draco!Ah I do have a soft spot with Tom Felton but still...he was nice.OOOh and Slughnorn!Cute cute old fellow! He forgot to deflate his arm (after he transfromed back into his human form after being an armchair)hahah I laughed so much at that!Did you notice he was still having an arm rest like that when he was about to shake hands with Harry!Hilarious!I liked young Tom Riddle-he was creepy...but the older one was kinda like the bad kid from Richy Rich...if you know what old old movie anyway.
As for the things I did not like!Ginny!'YOUR SHOELACE! WTF!!!!!!! I mean....was that her flirting tactics...I laughed at that too. Their romance was somehow not very consistent...too out of the blue.It was like only Hermione got the whole thing. They could have done it better.Aaand they didn't really mention the horcruxes often enough. Dumbledore was supposed to explain Harry his theories about the rest of Volemort's soul, don't you think. He didn't exactly tell him that he thinks it's the cup,Nagini and s on...now what will Harry do in the next movie...if he hasn't got a clue what to look for And I needed more action at the end.Cause all we saw was a crazy Bellatrix running around being coo-coo in the mysteriously empty school...where was all the fighting, the bitten Bill, Fleur!Where was Lupin and Tonks story
And Dumbledore's funeral...
I am aware they couldn't possibly include every single thing that's in the book.I still can't help being slightly disappointed.
But like you said we are programmed to like HP stuff.I still like it enough to watch it again...and again
What about your opinion?

I understand what you mean, I was disappointed with the Harry/Ginny romance thing, but I thought the Ron/hermione/lavender triangle made up for it, as you said they can't get everything in. And I don't really like the girl who plays ginny, she's so stiff... her expressions are so emotionless... And the shoelace... What the heck?
On the other hand, what happened with Lupin and Tonks? Suddenly they just were a couple! What on earth? No angst at all...
I also missed the fact that we never saw Snape teaching DADA. I know it wasn't a big part of the book, but still. There were some scenes in the book, and it would have been entertaining too see what he was up to through the year in his new position.
On the other hand I actually really liked the 16 year old Voldemort. I thought the guy was great, it was the way he spoke, and the fact that he was nothing like I had pictured him. I sort of imagined this guy model when I read the books, because Tom is supposed to be extremely handsome, but I liked the film version really, really much, and the 11 - year old too, he was just spooky... x)
I missed the Dursley scene... I thought the scene in the book was hilarious, I keep imagine Kreatcher in the Dursleys living room screaming about wanting to go to Bellatrix
And I really agree about the horcruxes too, very little information about them, and I have no idea how they are supposed to make the next two films with so little background material.
About the ending, I have to admit that I cried, and I really missed the Bill part, and the many fights, it would have been fun to see...
but on the other hand I think it was a bit clever. All the films have had these magic waving battle finales with fluffy effects and stuff, but the fact that this ending was so much more emotional was great I think. In this film the good didn't win, they lost. The bad won as they did what they came to do and then left. It was a nice difference from all the other films were Harry barely surviving some heroic battle at the end of every film
All in all I think it was good, not great, but what film based on a book can be? We already know the plot and all the information, a film can't go as deep into the characters as a book can without boring the audience to sleep. So I'm pleased I'd say, I'll buy it on DVD, and probably watch it again many more times
