For years I've been making this mistake and I didn't know how to fix this until now. I might update some of my models because they're lagging

Delete the planes that are empty and delete the extra bones in the display plane that are just copies. You need to check to see which plane is important as there are some planes not show here like ones for hair bones or dummy bones

If one plane has a bone that is repeated over again like the 全ての親 bone the root plane or if a plane has the same names as the one above it then those are the copies
