ok because at first i was confused because aren't most electric is not water safe or water proof?

Electronics aren’t waterproof. But if they are going to be in water the electronic parts are covered and sealed. Like a waterproof watch or camera. Plus, Warp has to shower sometime or he would be a pretty stinky villain.
