This is very deep. You've captured some extreme elements on this! Did you know, that about 60% of the fallout happened in Belarus?

As someone who has a strong interest in the ChernobylΒ disaster, I have to say this is an extremely moving picture you made conveying the intense anguish that went with it.

Prypyat is still uninhabitable and named the most disturbing abandoned city in the world

It's funny how one of the first things that you're asked is "is this a pairing picture". That's not what I see at all. I see two sisters trying to comfort each other through a horrible tragedy. To be honest, pictures don't really ever make me cry, but this one does just that. It's so beautiful, but so tragic. If anyone needs a reference for treating a horrible event correctly VIA Hetalia, they need to look at this one.

I'm surprised there's not more fanart for this, considering the impact it had. This is really good.

I can almost hear Belarus telling her that they'll pull through...
The lighting really helps with this. It makes me think of Chernobyl today, and of how damaging nuclear power can be.

Heartbreaking and gruesome. The pain looks so real that I wouldn't be surprised to see them shivering on my screen
When someone told me about the meltdown when I was a kid, I was so scared and I thought it could affect everyone. Well, that wasn't true- but it was still a horrible tragedy.

I think you did a really great job on this!
I think that this needs more fan art, not to make it a joke, but to show how tragic it was. So again, this is beautiful.

NO ONE EVER DOES THIS EVENT!!! Seriously, it's part of my head-canon that Ukraine has a scar on her throat like the ones Chernobyl survivors have from getting their thyroids removed.
