Description
Oil painting, 60*80cmanother version of the four ladies, this time in a more northern and dark environment - an autumn picture. One of my personal favourites.

the way you use your color creates an ethereal, x-ray effect that i really like. the plants seem to shimmer from their own inner light. also, i am obsessed with skulls so the subtle one you rendered with the hollows of the woods and the witches was not lost on me 
composition is really nice. you draw us into the center with the trees, but my eye still moves back out to the corners. i'm curious, what color(s) did you start with for the background?
