First off, this is an EDIT of Drawing of Starscream (from Transformers).Anyway, If your reading this man, I edited the anatomy here and there. The shoulder still needs a lot of work, but I'm sure you can figure that part out on your own.
I basically went over and fixed the head, legs, hips, and arm.
Hope this helps you by the way. Your getting better and better these day. Plus your making some improvements on your colouring.

The reason I put the neck low, was because I wanted to emphasize the shoulders and how far the front sticks out.
