I needed to practice using my new/old setup (my previous "big" computer that runs Windows 7 like butter~ I love my pc <3 ) since the position of the keyboard and tablet were different from my previous setup (Windows 10 laptop that tries its best, but ultimately runs like molasses and lags big time with larger files). I figured since I had recently obtained a new character, why not work through the kinks with that? So BAM! We've got Beisll (and yes, I do mean to spell his name that way xD )

Personality: Somewhat reserved but generally friendly, usually looks tired due to working late nights, often accused of frowning all the time (resting b*tch-face xD ), loves kids and is very gentle with them, hardworking, clever, highly intelligent, keeps to a set of principles, endlessly patient but doesn't tolerate overly entitled individuals, touch-starved (his line of work makes getting close to others not only dangerous for him but for them as well), excellent problem-solver, enjoys tinkering with his own upgrades to make them better

Tools: Multitool (his is custom-made and much larger than the standard; he has modified it to act as a weapon when the need arises), scanner (over right eye socket), grip plates (one on chest and one on his left hip; can temporarily hang tools or ID cards on these with nanoscopic velcro), several smaller multitools

Cybernetic Parts: Right arm (except the hand), spine, eye and eyelight projector (currently set to "caution" design), inner "ear", voice synthesizer, external speakers (able to tilt and rotate), internalized cybernetic processor, wireless controller for all cybernetic parts

Abilities: Able to use his wireless controller to bypass most security and access any and all networks around him by simply thinking about it; doesn't speak but he can use the voice synthesizer to project his thoughts at will through the external speakers in any voice he likes (though he has one he prefers); perfect audio recall and can "replay" anything he has heard through his external speakers (including with pitch and volume modulation); cybernetic spine gives him lightning-fast reflexes and response times

Occupation: Cybernetics Design, Modification, and Installation (Monster Specialty); Shadow Decker (Hacker) under the alias "3CH0_D3CK"

Brief History:

Beisll, like many others born in his sector, was born deformed: malformed right arm, twisted spine, deaf, mute, and missing one of his eyelights. His parents could only afford basic cyber prosthetics to help with his hearing and a simple brace for his right arm. He grew up disgusted by the exorbitant costs cybernetics companies would charge common folk while businessmen were often offered free upgrades for a mention now and again to their rich associates.

He spent every waking moment he could learning the trade and was eventually able to work out a deal with a fellow cyber designer. They replaced his spine with a functioning cybernetic one and he assisted them with several tricky Monster installations. With a reliable partner and more ease of movement, Beisll's skills grew exponentially. There, of course, were a few mishaps here and there, but Beisll was a natural prodigy with cybernetics. His aging business partner eventually retired and Beisll was given the business.

It's been quite a long time since then. Beisll makes a point of severely overcharging any elite businessmen that would wander in and demand his highly prized services. He never charged more than anyone could afford however, and often waved all costs for particularly needy families (especially if children were involved). Interestingly, Beisll's business never seems to be short on funds, despite how much he drops his prices for those that need it.

Under the alias "3CH0_D3CK", Beisll has more than made a name for himself in the darker reaches of the internet. 3CH0 is said to be able to get any information clients want, regardless of difficulty or supposed impossibility. He also never steals anything for himself, instead only accepting appropriate payment and then vanishing into the depths of the web once again. If denied payment, 3CH0 instead turns his attention to digging up and exposing anything and everything in the client's life. Needless to say, 3CH0 is always paid, one way or another.
