I hardly experience this as lazy. I can only imagine how proud I would be if I could illustrate detailed and whimsical work such as your's. The balanced contrast in this particular picture satiates the desire for symmetry in my brain, and somehow you have broken it all up into very different sections that are powerful all there own. I am enamored by this piece!!

I thought this was a Ralph Steadman piece from the thumbnail. Β The fairy/angel is quite good, though I almost wish the whole thing was an abstraction like how the rest of the background feels. Β The demon guy and everything he's connected to remind me of the witches from Madoka. Β I almost didn't see him until I zoomed in, it was a neat surprise.Β

Β I cant remember. But I had it in my favorites. Once its placed in some ones storage, the image is removed from my favorites. Β Can you spend a few hours teaching me how to paint like this

I hope you'll be able to get ahold of the artist, and they be able to teach you.
Or that you find an alternative artist with the same style that can show you.

the balance and variety of color choice , on top of that, the extreme contrasts speak volumes! some pictures may very well be worth a thousand words, others are worth millions. still, some cannot be expressed by any mere 'words.'
