This is Lagol a character from Δ Kit Keplar Δ a novel I have been writing for a long time ago but never had the chance to work on it seriously.
Lagol can turn anyone into Ice by a simple glare,her dream is to see the world around her without no fear ,she met Kit the "main character" in the land of old mech where she was banned there by the Queen.
After that day, they became friends :>

my dog, Emmie, whom i raised from a puppy to a big beautiful old golden, died in january and I know it's been months but this brought me to tears. it's so beautiful and i'm sure it would break my heart even years from now. Anyone whose ever had a dog, or a cat even, is probably feeling the feels because of this beautiful artwork.

I share the same emotions with you... my male ginger kitty, aged only a few months old, died because of a sickness on the same day and year your comment was written. We were only together for a few months but a part of my heart had already belonged to him. It's painful to lose the one you love, but I always keep in mind that they won't want us to be sad over them - they would want us to be happy. Likewise, I'm sure I will still feel the feels even after much time has passed when I look at this beautiful art. Our beloved ones may not be beside us physically, but deep in our hearts they will still be alive no matter how much time has passed.

I can follow the story with minimal confusion, but I'm a little lost with the final panel. Is our girl...pregnant?
I'm reminded of a character in the webcomic Wapsi Square who does the same thing, though she has more control over the ability and knows how to change people she's turned to ice back.

Not gonna lie, the only reason I looked at this was because of Linkin Park..
But I'm so glad I did, wasn't sure at first with it being so stylised, but it's charming.
