This is Lagol a character from Δ Kit Keplar Δ a novel I have been writing for a long time ago but never had the chance to work on it seriously.
Lagol can turn anyone into Ice by a simple glare,her dream is to see the world around her without no fear ,she met Kit the "main character" in the land of old mech where she was banned there by the Queen.
After that day, they became friends :>

Why you do this to me?!
The art style is quite lovely - I knew it was ice before thinking stone or even glass before even seeing the snowflake (both on her outfit and towards the end in the air) so that's really well done. I do wonder why, after the dog basically grew up with her that she would take the chance to look at him. Still, very well done.

So sweet, What i've done is a nice choice ! I see it as accepting to move foward even after those deaths.
