I am so over this. Lol. I've been working on it for about a month now, on & off; trying a more professional or portioned approach. Ending up losing interest the longer it took. So thanks to *UnseenChaos fiddling with the file directly for help, I finished up as best I could.KEEP IN MIND this is not meant to be so wretchedly dark. 8/ It varies between monitors...even [my own] ! D: D:
TL;DR- it's my custom necromorph "Ex" (as seen below) in the final execution stage with poor ol' Isaac. <3Related content

The idea for this picture is fantastic, and I love the design of the "Ex." She is quite scary and I would never under any circumstance want to encounter her.
