I..love..how this turned out.Another GuildWars commission down, only one more to go (at least for the moment, lol)! I was actually going to have her standing originally..but if it tells you anything, her knees are about where the paper ends..I drew way to big. D8;; lol.
I took a rather different approach in highlight/shading this piece. I know there's not a surely visible variation in them, but I was aiming for a very soft-velvety appeal & alltho not entirely content - I'm satisfied with it for now. I'd like to try the colouring technique again later on. :]

have you tried sofening the outline as well, I'm finding the jet-black lineart distracting from the subtle tones...
