My scanner killed this...beyond all means.The original piece looks AWESOME. Cause I layered with Prisma markers and Crayola colour pencils like crazy. I've never spent this much time on a Trade before; it has the effort, time and expensive materials put into a high quality commission. Eventho it really doesn't show here. geh. v_v The background doesn't do as much justice either, but after working so hard on the character - I kinda lost interest in the BG. heh. Rikki, please don't take all this complaining (xD) as pushing you to work harder on yours. I took this as an opportunity to try out my markers, sorry. ^_^;;

The Colors in this pic are excellent, actually all your pictures are excellent but I like this one the best, gonna add this to my favorites, and I'll be sure to watch out for your other works as well.

..wooow. This is perfect, the colouring is amazing of course. The foreshortening is perfect - that pose is so cool, with the hand like that, I'd find that so hard to draw but you got it perfect. Maybe I used the word 'perfect' too much but thats what it is! The brass knuckles look so dangerously-cool

Colors are really nice~ Good job combining the Prisma markers and colored pencils, it makes for very even, appealing colors :3 Foreshortening is great and I jus totally love the way you drew Rikki's character. She has so much attitude~ Still loving your snouted anthros. And, once again the backlighting is quite nice. And I like the background, too. (It reminds me of.. Australia, though I'm not sure why)

You might want to try a darker grey for your background color. I tossed it into photoshop and laid another layer ontop setting it to multiply and filled the grey area in with black and found the colors seemed to come out a bit better when i played with the opacity. It looked best between 50 and 75%
Oddly enough it kinda has a IIDX feel to it. not sure what exactly does but little bits and pieces remind me of various character designs done by Goli.
