Description
Another UGC that i made a while back which is heavily inspired by one of Rehmiel's adoptable designs and Altered a majority of the outfit (arms, backside, legs & accessories) into what is shown above.Honestly one of my most detailed/favourite outfits done so far.
(There is also a recolored version of this in Black/Red. though lazy to upload.)
UPDATE:
After speaking with the the creator that i had used their works as reference, This outfit will no longer be put out for sale and will only be kept for Personal Use Only from this day forward.
All Sales in both OCE & NAW Servers have been closed for this outfit.

Designing Notes / Changes :
In comparison to the original, The following bits were altered or removed
- Furry Pieces on the bottom of the coat & around the Neck is removed.
- Scarf is removed.
- Sleeves/Arms were altered to look different due to shape.
- Pants are different & have extra accessories/materials to them. (Belt & Bottom Folds)
- The Back of the coat was personally designed and was not referenced from the original as there was no backside view of the coat. (so it may look off/wierd)
- The top part of the inner shirt was changed to be white & have a blue ribbon instead.
- Some gold/accent accessories were not included onto the outfit (belt tips & side details)
- Extra details/colors were added onto the collars.

For future reference I will try to avoid Heavily referencing peoples creative works & make more of my own Unique Designs if im in the creative mood. Unless it's a blantant anime character cosplay where i need to draw every bit of detail, then i will give credits to the original artist.

Have you asked for permission from Rehmiel ? 
As a general rule, you should get permission from the designer/character owner. As someone who buys a lot of Rehmiel's designs, I'd be very upset if this was one of my characters;;;

Currently, i have not asked for permission yet since i scrolled through his page & saw that works being heavily Referenced are fine aslong as they are credited to the original creator, or to be discussed with.
Im currently contacting them in regards to it, if there are any issues i will most likely pull them down from the design shop
i did not ask them beforehand as i referenced/made them before i started to use deviantart
