Lovely, but she looks too... Active. Wednesday is cold and calculating, deliberate and dispassionate. Make her expression less expressive, more "bored disdain" than "open disgust"; allow her pigtails to hang straight down or flutter imperceptibly in an unseen wind rather than flail about like she's a jackrabbit.
Or, add swirls of wind and debris, make her as unto the eye of the storm, surrounded by raging fury yet completely untouched herself. That might also work.

I had intended to portray her finishing up a little killing time so to speak. So gravity has just yet to effect her pigtails as she looks for her next target
