Description
Ah, the Sun feels really nice today! Ever since we left Peridot Valley, my favorite thing about our journey was feeling the warmth of the Sun. Ezra isn't particularly fond of it, though. His fur's still thick even though we've spent all this time outside the valley, so it must be pretty hot for him. As for me, I guess sunbathing is just something Grass types are inclined to like, huh?

I just wish there was a more peaceful place to relax and enjoy the warmth. Unfortunately, the village has been anything but calm as of late. We just got here, but I've already heard some pretty weird things. Lots of Pokemon disappearing all of a sudden, letters from nearly a century ago being uncovered; it's all pretty interesting, and everyone's riled up about it. I just wanted to go somewhere and take in some sunlight, but everywhere I go everyone seems so noisy!

I headed over to a gazebo, since it seemed like the only public place where I could sit around. Apparently, Pokemon around here call it the 'Awesome Gazebo' or something. I fail to see how it's anything special, though. When I got there, a bunch of Sunkern were dancing on its rooftop and being very rowdy. I tried to mind my own business, but they were being so rude that I had to put my hoof down.

I tried talking with them, maybe getting them to play somewhere else or be quiet, but they just made fun of me and did whatever they wanted. The Pokemon that walked by were leering at them, too. It didn't seem like their revelry was appreciated much.

Well, if they cuold do anything they pleased, then why couldn't I? I began to casually whistle in their direction; they didn't pay it any heed. Perhaps if they did, they would have realized the tune I was singing was a Grasswhistle song. Slowly but surely, their manic energy began to dissipate, and they all started dropping like Ninjasks on the roof.

It seemed like I could finally relax; But then all of a sudden, a Swellow flew down next to me. She smiled at me and thanked me for getting the Sunkern to calm down. Hehe, It was quite odd; no one's ever thanked me for using such an underhanded tactic before.

I was watching the Meloetta short and was really fond of the background. Since I'm still kinda experimenting with my style, I wanted to try replicating it. I'm fairly pleased with the results. I want to try and incorporate it somehow in future stuff~

Well ya see, Irving... it may not be a particularly special gazebo. But it is brand new, and before that the village didn't even have a gazebo! And gazebos are awesome! At least according to PK. And thus the name 'awesome gazebo' was born!

Oh and you would be surprised as to how appreciated underhanded tactics are valued in this village. Seeing as there is an entire guild here pretty much dedicated to it. XP

So does this mean Irving completed a task and didn't even know about it?
