Really beautiful work! Horse from HiveWire seems to make some great renders. Now I'm torn between that and the Daz Horse 2.

The HW horse is better in my opinion, but shrug each to their own. I know the body joints are better for posing there are several different breed morphs Arabian, Friesian, Mustang, and Unicorn, Winged Horse, Chris did a heck of a sculpt on him, but he really is morphed from Dawn!

Well maybe I'll just go ahead and grab the HW horse anyway with the Daz Horse 2, since it's compatible with Daz Studio,
and save myself the dilemma of having to choose. I will admit, the HW horse is really growing on me.

I will leave it up to you. I don't like saying well this is the best blah blah stuff and bashing other peoples opinions. I have my preference and everyone else is entitled to theirs!
I can help if you don't quite know how to manually install things Daz or Poser, but I'm betting you probably know how to do that already.

hivewire harry bends better than DAZ horse too and the textures are mindboggling. What I don't like about the DAZ horse two as well is that strange gap in the mane which only starts halfway down the neck... (exaggerating I know but it really bugs me)

I don't personally own he Daz horse two so I can't really say about the mane. What really drew me to Harry was the quality of the coats and the confirmation he's a gorgeous animal and is my preference as far as horses go.

definitely... just his eyes are so expressive. The hivewire animals are very good. I just hope they get around to do the bull and deers soon.

Yeah, I think CWRW is nearly done with the deer mats, but she is really pushing to update older models to Iray and Superfly. The Unicorn probably will be next and she nearly has the wings done for that one. I'm hoping for a deer for Christmas, but they also have the big horn sheep that look pretty sweet too and the warthog! Not sure how far she is on the lion, but that will probably be the next cat release.

This winged horse has a very nice pose and awesome colors. His mane and his tail are wonderful and of course, the wings are amazing.
Moreover, the background is nice to watch and the light effects are absolutely wonderful.

OMG.......but you are too kind!! It was a fun one to create, but getting those wings all in the frame took some doing! The Pose is CWRW's for the HiveWire horse with a few modifications. The effects are some brushes I made recently from using some filter forge filters. I'm glad you like them!
