Her head is too... disproportional. The left side (our right) of her face is much thinner than the right, so you should move the chin over some so it matches. And maybe move the mouth up. And the skirt does ruffle a little oddly. But other than that, its really nice. I like her hair!
I have this problem, too - seeing something wrong, but not being able to pick it out. Its really frustrating!

ITS HER LEGGGSSSSS! o_o ITS SO PRETTY, but her whole waist looks backward. It looks like her butt is in the front. Maybe its also the way her left hand is. D: BUT THIS IS SO PRETTY! I love your manga so far so please keep it up!

Her right eye (left for us) seems a little off. Maybe lower the upper lid just a tidbit. Also, maybe this one is just my imagination, but the bow and the split in the shirt in general right there might need to be drawn to the right a smidge. Again, this one just could be imagined by me. DX
Everything else looks absolutely perfect though. I envy your drawing skills. XD
