I finally finished it T_T...though I expected it to look better, background wise at least. Anyway this is a much better pic of how Talan really looks like but without his armor.*Edit
Changed the white background to black XD just found out it looks better that way.

Hmm well the summary's pretty much this. The story goes around Sasha and Talan. Talan's a knight from the medieval times that is sent into the future by an unknown sorcerer that has the ability to time shift through times. He ends up in the year 2007 (but all that is an alternate universe to our world). When he wakes up he find himself in the future and meets Sasha in the process. Sasha's a young woman who has been through a lot in her past. Her parents were killed by that same time shift sorcerer (though she doesnt remember until later on) and she was then abducted by some mad people that messed up her body and turned her into a living weapon (hmm similar to Saikano) and just before meeting Talan, her old boyfriend had cheated on her with her own sister so yeah, all this summed up she is pretty much traumatized, thus her personality shifts and emotional inestability. Well Talan meets her as she was attempting to suicide X3 and saves her life. He tell her everything that happened to him and she decides to help him (a lot of things happen before she agrees though lol but I'm summarizing for your sake and for mine). Well they begin to search for a way to get Talan back to his time while Talan int he mean time tries to help her through her traumas and stuff happens and they fall in love with each other. I cant tell much cause I plan on making an original comic out of it if I come to an agreement with LovesDarkness.

I spoke with her about it and she allowed me to make the comic. I'm making the concept arts to start the comic after I'm done with the commissions thingy. ^^

One question: Since he's an original character, do people still buy your prints of him? I mean, he IS attractive...but I'm just curious.

Well all I've received of my prints are that they have been added to wish list -_- people are closed minded and tend to buy stuff and like what they already know about. Selling original art is very hard that's why you see so much fan art prints out there on Deviantart but that's illegal, that's why I don't sell fan art even if I know people wouldn't think twice before buying it.

That's a darn shame, considering that with pictures of original characters, there's just as much hard work, even more, put into it than fanart. :sigh:
But that's very noble of you to do the right thing instead of what's popular. I greatly approve with that thinking!

Indeed...I actually try harder with original works because its what will represent my professionalism in the end. Fan art is just a past time for fun. I think people should think that way all the time. It's not pretty when someone makes fan art out of your work and sells it, even if they made it the original product doesn't belong to them and its unfair they're making money out of something that doesn't belong to them in the first place. I can only earn profits out of fan art if people commission me to do it which is different than selling several copies to the public.

Now that's a hero to dream about. Great job on his clothing, -- that blue-gray tunic really suits him with his hair and pale blue eyes. I really like the little bride or balcony that he is standing on, and the BG is wonderful. Nice job on the pot of flowers, too. He's a keeper. ^_^
