Hm...I think this is actually better than the story.
Though, If every chapter is 15-20 pages of Doujin...you are going to take years to finish this.
Anyway, I'll say good job overall. Some stances and foreshortening is wonky from page to page, but as a whole I think you've done a bang up job.
Frankly I'm surprised you picked something so long to adapt. Might it not have been far more economical to go with a shorter story? Ah well, i guess you really love this, eh? Good luck with it.

I just read straight through all of the pages, or I would have commented on them. This is fabulous!! The story is great, the frames are terrific, and the characters look fantastic. What more can I say? I really like the way you're drawing Kagome in this, -- she looks a little older. And I liked the comparisons I could make of her and Sango in the frames of them together (a little ways back). You had Sango quite a bit taller, and the difference in their hair color was just right. This is a very professional-looking douj. Nice, nice, nice!!
