I think I can help perhaps, what do you use to save your animation? Some settings for some, can mess up the quality after you save it and thus result with this grainy look. >.> It urks the hell out of me when it does that to my stuff.

I save it as an GIF, but I noticed that THis one especially.. used a lot more space than the other animated icons... Have no idea!

Jasc Animation Shop 3 to be precise. I work with MINOR pixel animations and then a lot of graphic crap. I like making banners/stamps and such of that sort. (I has a shop on gaia Hehe) I also use EASY GIF Animator which works great when the other stuff is making my graphic looking grainy. I copy-paste the frames to Easy and then save and it seems to stop that problem. I've had jasc for a couple years now. It does cost but you do get to try it out for free for 30days I believe. :3

YES! I have^^.. I notice.. I have it normal on my computer, but when I save it.. it becomes grainy...(not the file that currently are open).. And I save it like always.. But, Is it ok if I send you the photoshop file?.. beckause the other one becomes grainy..
