I hate it when characters are like that. When you've got an idea for what you want, but no one wants to come out. It's horrible.

Aha, Tarusa's one I've been waiting for, and you do not disappoint.
Just looking at this, I can tell that he's going to be a wild guy. Proud, violent, and dangerous when his blood gets pumping. And, I've gotta say, I find blind fighters really cool. I can't wait to see him get those axes going.
I'm curious about the...crystals? floating around him. Artistic touch? Or part of that genjutsu you mentioned? I suppose I'll probably have to wait to find out, though...

That pose, is hawt, oh mah goodness. xD His face looks squished, but that's just because of the angle(Man I can't draw heads like that XD), and those axes look shweeet... XD I see nothing wrong with the picture, so awesome job!

I'm repeatedly amazed with your shading using the solid brushes and how great it always turns out!
Great job, I like the angle (though when I try to draw from that angle, it means certain death...) and the bio sounds interesting. ^^
I like the BG, too. Do those little bits of something that surround him mean something (an aura, or something like that), or are they there solely for the aesthetic purposes?
