And finally the second of the two version Legendaries of Nenarca.Opal Version! ...you know, I bet the 'special' version of D/P is going to be opal. Just because. XP
Now we just have the final other legend and the tiny special event legend to do. ...plus renewing the other regular fakes too. Guh.

opals are all sorts of colors.. they're usually an oily green/pink/blue color.. usually! XD

Nifty (I already used the word cool for the other one so I'm mixing it up), I like the dinosaur inspired route you've taken with both of them. Particularly the fact you've chosen two lesser known species of dino for your inspiration, or at least it would appear that way. Even then two that were beleived to be herbivores, certainly sends a message of a more docile pair of legendaries.
Onto the colour and design, I like the shade of blue, certainly has got a chilling appearance to it. I particularly love the effect of the shoulder and tail which resemble droplets of water that have frozen, 'tis a really nice touch. There's less of the colossus look to this one, but that may be because I'm more mesmerised by the frozen water effect i already mentioned.
Something I forgot to mention on the other which I will cover here as well, are their feet. I love the little designs you've put on them, here the little dots give an impression of speckles it has acquired from walking in the dirt. Nice touch there.
Worth mentioning though, what kind of ICE/Dragon legendary pokemon gets itself frozen!? Come on! That's like a master of water drowning, the irony of it all is staggering XD

Ah, I noticed. XD I didn't want them to be overly "oooh lookit me with mah big bad teeths! RAWRARRW" and all.. seemed way to overdone.
I was hoping the shoulder/tail drops weren't too.. soft? randomized? Dunno, but there was something I didn't want them to convey, though I don't know what exactly.. I'm glad you didn't find it for me. XD I think the green of the last one helped the colossus-eque-ness.. blue was never evident in them besides the head-rock things on the crayfish one.. what number was that? 13? I can't remember.
I like the other's feet more, but overall they're both parts I like about them.
Maybe it froze itself on purpose! Like.. "screw this lot! See if I care!" freezing itself would probably be like a kid pouting and locking itself in their room. XD

Yeah the whole big bad dino thing is old, gets to a point where you think "oh, ANOTHER pokemon that looks like a T-Rex, how so very original" >.<
Well the shoulder droplets look very well done, like it was hit by water and it froze as it rebounded off it's body. The tail ones look a bit more splodgy, less elegant. Rather than resembling a design like the shoulder the tails looks like it started to melt and then dryed again XP
