(First of all, this is NOT strictly a Nepeta x Karkat picture. It's supposed to illustrate the relationship between them.)

I FUCKING HATE THIS. It's not the lineart, that's fine. (Even though I kinda killed Karkat) My colored pencils completely MURDERED it. For instance, the blue on the right should be greener and the whole thing should be darker. -_-

But actually, what spawned this was a comment I saw on this [link] video:

;~; FFF This is my favorite pairing (as far as the ancestors go) Though I don't really like NepetaXKarkat I hate to see Nepeta sad or hurt. It's so sad, though, it's like the Disicple's love went through time and space but the Sufferer's didn't ;-;

Then I realized that The Sufferer's feelings for Dolorosa and Psiioniic went through to Karkat. The mother/son think with Dolorosa became a really supporting kind of friendship, and the broship with Psiioniic...stayed broship. But his LOVE for The Disciple turned into NOTHING AT ALL!!!

But that got me thinking, and I realized a couple things
1) This time, it was Nepeta that ended up dead!
2) The Disciple ended up living in caves, and Nepeta started out living in them!

On a side note: Ha, ha, FUCK schoolwork!!! I literally only got one thing done to finish this. -_- fml... Wish me luck getting things done by the end of the year! *collapses*

Another side note: The only reason it's called Dancing is because it looks kind of like The Sufferer and The Disciple are dancing, and it looks like Karkat is accepting one of those "May I have this dance?" kind of gestures. But honestly, when I was drawing this, I really didn't mean for it to turn out like that, it just happened. That seems to be happening a lot to me lately. XD

But yeah... PLEASE COMMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Edit: Okay, so I was watching this video: [link] when at 7:53, I see a picture. That looks a whole lot like mine. I know it's not mine. I'm not saying that anybody "stole" anything, but HOLY CRAP, THAT IS ONE COOL COINCIDENCE!!! I mean, LOOK at that!! It only shows up for a second, but really!! That is pretty damn close. Signless and Disciple are basically in the same exact position!! WHAT??? XD And it's set up almost exactly the same!! The only thing that's different about the set-up is that Nepeta and Karkat are switched. That's awesome. XD
