Unlike most of my digital stuff, this was done from scratch in my laptop, especifically in SAI. I did have to do some stuff in Photoshop, because I still don't know how some things are done (if they can) in SAI. Yeah, get yourself a tutorial, I know...Anyway, since today is May 21, a nautical themed Vocaloid picture.
