If my portuguese lessons at Uni are to be believed, "saudade" is the single most important word in that language
I guess you could call this Nocturne fanart, since that's what I've been listening non stop lately.
I was going to add some fishies and assorted dream randomness, but it was getting too overdone...

As for who he's missing, I suppose that's up to each one's preferences. Nocturne is (like most songs) about him playing music at night, and remembering a lover that is not there anymore.
