Woot!! Finally done! This is my first cel-shaded attempt as well as my first photoshop attempt!!! For those who don't know this is Naruto from........Naruto, lol. This is him practicing a new jutsu of his *go Naruto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* For those who are caught up in the manga, I hope I did a good job of presenting the Rasengan.
