Those aren't slender arms, you can actually bend your arms to make them like the drawing.
It's not hard and really isn't all that unrealistic. They just didn't realize that I guess.
Before thinking about it I thought it was someone else's arms, but oh well.

Arm bones are relatively straight. If you draw a straight line along the upper arm and forearm and see where the lines intersect, you would see the slender arms.

Totally agree , Im sorry pastelii but if you try to imitate that forearms position (be sure to check the distance between the forearms and the body , its huge) you should see that your arms cant be touching you body like that
