Yeah but, what if you want it ALL to be curly? Like this king of fluffy hair that is super curly.
-.- that hair is my personal nightmare, I don't have the patience to do it carefully so I never have a nice result.

What do you usually do to your own hair to curl it? You part your hair into strands and curl each individual strand in these curls, you can reference here. Later you mess the perfect curls up to make it look better for your taste. At least that's what I and people I know do. So to make her all hair curly, draw multiple curls like these and "mess" some up to make variety of the curls. Don't go in to copying one curl all around the head. Curly hair definetly needs lots of patience orz
