My Tutorial FOolderToday i started to work up some more information about the puppet model which we are using in our "Create your world"
project. I hope you get into using it on your own more and more often. It's worth the effort

any chance you could do a guys hair tutorial? Β I find it difficult to draw guys with lots of hair, like in a ponytail and placements.

Honestly, I feel aspiring artists should learn proper human anatomy before aspiring toward an anime/manga style. Otherwise it's easy to get stuck in a hard-to-escape rut. This is so cardboard it's killing me.

its understandable, i agree, though let the artists do whatever they want to do, it's better to be flexible for everyone
my teacher told me not to draw from manga anymore and only from life which made me lose interest in drawing

I agree with you there, i dont get why people tell people what they can or cant draw.... at my college people kept telling me not to draw manga.
If it was not for manga i would not draw at all and what is wrong with manga anyway? i think they are just racist..... Β its a shame you lost interest in drawing... you should of just carried on drawing what you want to draw.Β

I'm at a weird phase in my beginning drawing where I don't like to do the sketches and the models, but when I try to just draw free hand I get "stuck," lol.

Good tutorial -- all the steps you go through are visible, and that's helpful. Only, the guy's chest looks rather slender (a little feminine, perhaps) - more the lean look. I'm having trouble drawing muscular men, that's why it's a bit of a point.

I have to say, the pelvis block is really helpful. I've always had trouble drawing the abs-groin&buttocks-hips&thighs connection because I can't really imagine the middle piece. Hopefully this will help. Thanks!
