The funny thing is that you do this so well that it looks more as if it's colored with copics or markers....

Awesome!

wonderful tutorial! The only thing i would mention is that in all your coloring tutorials you dont include the name of the color you are using >< I am trying to learn how to use dr martins watercolor better and it would really help if you include the color names.

This tutorial is great, thank you so much. I was wondering, do you use a scanner to digitalize your work? or a camera?

Wow! It's almost like you just knew I was starting to try my had at watercolors and presented to me this amazing tutorial!
It really is amazing how much watercolor can bring life to an image.
Anywho, I'm interested in know where I could find a brown ink pen, or other non blank ink pens for that matter. I'd never thought to change the color of my outlines to create a softer feel! Also, the opaque white; is that like a gel pen? I'd image it would have to be a heavy white ink for it to not allow colors to bleed though. Could this same effect be done with Masking gel? (Granted, I'd have to put it on before everything else, but, just curious)
This one piece reads a story to me; though how accurate I am with my idea, I've no clue. Thanks again for such a great tutorial!

I must say: I really like how you draw eyes. They have a realistic look with a lot of shine without looking out of place. I've seen a lot of artist draw eyes with WAY too much shine and shadows, while the rest of the picture is smooth and soft, which almost make the eyes look like they're made of glass, but you manage to make them fit perfectly with the image.
