I've seen quite a few human designs for this guy with full sleeves on his jacket. Drawing him without sleeves makes him look a lot more like a punk. He looks great! (I'd draw him with darker hair, though. Red hair, while it can be pretty bright, is not naturally a shade away from neon. (I understand you drew him with black eyebrows, but still...)
