I have wanted to play on one for a while too but haven't really started looking. But how I find other servers is just google searh for them. Usually you find some sites where different communities post the ip for their servers.

Randomizer - server where weapons are mixed between the classes in a random way.

So, personality-wise, Heavy is like, forced to give up Sasha so that everyone else get random weapons from each other. SNIPER WITH STICKY BOMB LAUNCHER
