Description
So the lovely and had a contest about the chinese zodiac and it reminded me of a series of characters I had come up with a long time ago based off of them. So here's my idea for Rabbit. Check out the other entries for "The Great Race" [link] Hopefully I can paint the rest of the characters someday, but for now I need to practice other material. Hope you guys like it!Related content

Amazing piece you've drawn, the rabbits look so real, I especialy like the one in front of her landing after a jump. Takes real skill to make action poses look that natural.
She is amazing too, that hair is great with the shape and flowers in it along with those strands going down her front. The Kimono is great, the silverly white tone and subtle blues looks really peaceful.
I think my favourite part would have to be the background, the detail on the trees back there and the way the leaves all mesh together in colour looks spectacular.

Aww, gosh I love this! I love it when my family's home country's being loved. (I'm actually NOT born in China, because of the one-child policy, but my family's from there.)
And I love how you got her outfit just right. You get a hug from me; you totally deserve the DD!

Plus rabbit is also my zodiac sign, so I might be a little biased here.
Do you know about the Chinese legend of the lady on the moon? She lives with her rabbits up there but is pretty lonely. I think she floated up there from her home because she did something that involved magic...
Anyway, you totally deserve the DD! Your work is so realistic; this is going into my faves, and you're going into my watches!!

Nah, I'd rather not. They had an illness, I don't know the exact name and it's infectious. Some bunnies get over 10 years old with it, others die soon; besides, we wouldn't have much place. Hope already has one small room in this house for herself (or rather; ex-room. It doesn't even has a door anymore)
