Knowing that there is some kind of rude person using my work that I put down a lot of my free time to give to one of my friends ,only for that person to use it without asking for permission? Even using it when they know I don't want them to use it?

First of all , you're not me. And I get happy when someone use my artwork , WHEN THEY HAVE MY PERMISSION!
And second of all , if you can't see what is wrong by not asking me for permission when I've already told you the reason why , then sorry for this, but then you're just plain stupid. Yes , you may be happy if someone took your art and used it in a way that did not please you but that is not me. If you use my artwork without my permission and in a way that offend me then that is illegal in a way.
