This is done for fluttercord week. Day 3: Day 3- Inspiration
I always wanted to do something interesting with “the nutcracker and the chaos king” (www.fimfiction.net/story/23536… )

This is how i would rewritten this fanfiction:
Fluttershy is 20 years old
No applespike (because for obvious reason)
Discord as a fun cartoony villain

Storу:
It's Hearth's Warming Eve. And Fluttershy is 20 years old now, her mother is discussing what a fine bride she will be. As many had complimented the family on how pretty their daughter was. She will sure make someone happy. They were all sure all males would fight for her hoof on marriage. She isn't very happy about it, being valued just because of her looks, and what role she may play in future marriage. She wanted to do more than just being someone's trophy wife. She wanted to have not just a spouse, but a partner. Who would respect her, love her.
She wondered what it would be like to be Queen. is she was one, she could make her subject life better. She would make sure her subjects are protected from any harm.

On Hearth's Warming Eve's night. The nutcracker given by her aunt Luna, is gone! But thank goodness he found it immediately! But where it is found is shocking and unbelievable! The room was filled with army of tiny diamond dogs! And her nutcracker was alive and fighting with some strange creature (Discord)!
The creature was a chaos king, and he is ruler of the land of sweets, afraid that his power will be taken away from him he came for the thing. The only thing that can destroy him! The jewel kindness. The necklace was in the possession of a female he couldn't take his eyes of.
Fluttershy was feeling something for the king, and wanting to help her nutcracker with the quest. She joins in.

At the end she faces the king. He made a proposal for her. He will not harm her friends and nutcracker, only if she agrees to become his Chaos Queen. She saw it as her opportunity to save her friends. And possibly help this kingdom. She says ,,yeas,,
As they got married, they were fighting about how to run the kingdom. But in the end they made a compromise. Making a kingdom land of sweets a great place to leave. And they ruled the kingdom together as the Queen and king.
