Description
Welcome to the 3rd in this series of Cats in Fine hats, with a little trip to Thailand. The story behind this kitty, is she is a well respected dancer, (dressed here in her traditional Thai headdress) who is beloved all over her country. Striking a pose, this feline is very nimble and graceful to watch.Er, as much as a cat on it's hind legs dancing can be.
2.5x3.5 in., mixed media

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUGGHHHH!!!!!
What a GORGEOUS meezer!!! I love her eyes and you really captured the subtle shading on the face. She almost looks like my cranky girl Belle, except that Belle's face is rounder. But I love it, I love it!
Thank you, Nat, for taking up my challenge! Beautiful results!

P.S. (My husband came in and looked over my shoulder and he also thought it was a beautiful picture.)

Yay! So glad that you like it. I had a feeling it would bring you some gladness to day.
Love how you call cats 'meezers'-that's very funny.
I call them,'dribs', which dates wayyyy back to when I was a kid. My cousin had a cat she called,'Kibby', which came from the word,'kitty', of course. Well, somehow, 'kibby', in my household, became,'Dribby', then,'drib', then variations such as ,'drab drib','drib-don-dribby-that's-a-dribby', etc.(drab drib came from our cat at the time getting in too many stray cat fights and coming in looking like a boxing champ!)
Thanks to both you and your husband for the kind words and the 5-emoticon salute!

Thanks very much for your comment. It took a bit longer than my usual 2.5x3.5 miniature artworks, due to the detail on the headdress, but I was fairly glad with the end result. Thanks again.
