after a second look I'll offer a more serious look. the contour of hers cheeks appears to be a bit off possibly because of the texture overlay. also you have a strong shadow on the right side of her nose which indicates the light is coming from the left...this seems to be inconsistent wit the rest of the lighting particularly the large shadow beneath her chin
