Update: Now he could...if he can fully disgusted her before she panel escapes him.Β However Gwen being more experienced at it she could panel travel to the past and just constantly fight (and get consumed by) Cell multiple times (thus never really disgusted by Cell as Gwen can always get out).Β Plus knowing about the panels doesn't guarantee he will be able to manipulate them like Gwen can and can trap himself into a void.
I enjoy both 'Gwens' and nice works on both!
