In Greek mythology, Cyclops are one-eyed Giants who have been said to have been roaming around on Gaia, which is the earth itself. But then been thrown into Tarturous by the God of Creation, Uranus. Later, the Olympians freed the Cyclops. Cyclops are very popular monsters in fiction, with the most popular ones being the three Cyclops brothers who made thunderbolts, mythology is weird, and the Hinoxes from the Legend Of Zelda series. In Rayman chronicles, they’re Giants who roam in the forest, crush anyone who stand in their way with their giant tree clubs but sometimes carry giant hammers. They attack you with their clubs, obviously, but it sometimes gets stuck in the ground. You can actually get on the their club weapons and attack their eye or belly button. They are located in mostly forests and wooded areas.
