hehe ^.^ when I looked at it the first thing that came to mind was "hello" ^.^ Orchids have a face that almost seemed to speak and how you took this shot seemed to give this flower words ^.^ great shot!

I really must say I like the placement of the flower in the overall composition of this picture. It really catches the eye and yet, makes the eye want to dance off and see what is hidden behind, as if this were a doorway into a garden, the first of many and the start of a path into a beautiful, marvelous world. Very nicely done!

Great focus on the flower, but the background is way too busy, and ideally if you're shooting flowers, you don't want the petals of another imposing on your subject.
