I would skip the grey circle around the screwdriver and go for a more cartoony style with "light lines" or something, it would match the rest of the drawing much better. But apart from that minor destraction I love it, very nice feel and this style really fits 9!

Because I don't have a premium membership, here's some criticism that I hope helps out a bit:
The eyes could be lower, maybe a bit farther apart or bigger and the hair needs to be centered. The eyebrows need to be straighter, as well. The hands and the body is near perfect, though. The calves seem a bit short.
Either way, this is a lot better than I could ever do. :]
I always liked Chris Eccleston the best. Shame he didn't get a longer run!

You're very welcome! I'm not a big fan of giving them, actually. They often sound like they're talking down to the artist. I can't talk down to a person who invests so much time and effort into something of their own creation!

This made me giggle, I can't tell if his mouth is open or he has big lips. Shadowing is good though.
