I love the nose and mouth. Makes him a lot more terrifying and monstrous. Like you combined maskless spawn with masked. Man, now I want to do a Spawn pic with the nose and mouth. Also, if you're going so far as too change the face, then my not adjust the body too? Make it less of a costume. Needs more skulls, chains, and spike too.
