A short lived toy line and cartoon from Hasbro and Sunbow Productions. I liked the animated show back in the day and I still like it today. Only 13 episodes were made.

The character show here is Cindarr, one of the evil Darkling Lords. He is summoning forth the "Power of Destruction" from his Staff.
In order to summon the creature he would have to say: "By nature's hand, by craft, by art; what once was one now fly apart!"
